Potanzial Jugend
Potenzial Jugend is a project for young people between 15 and 21 years with special educational needs. The aim is to integrate these young people in the labour market. We prepare young persons to the world of employment by training them in different ways: on the one hand by preparing them for the values and prerequesits of the job market, on the other hand by organising short-term interships with companies.
The participants of the project work in groups up to seven people with a constant trainer. There is time to work in the training rooms of Potenzial Jugend and talk about individually situations of the participants, there is especially one person in our staff who gives the youth psychological and social support. We try to support the young people in their individual problems. Our team with nine people is made up of women and men with different professional backgrounds.
The focal point of our work is to include young people with special educational needs in a constant employment contract within one year of training.
